Myself and a shipmate are putting together a book of Dits and funnies from the Falklands 82, if you have any thing,that you think would be worth being included please contact me. All profits will be donated to the new Falklands charity. We are looking for Dits, Funnies, Stories, Poems & any thing you can remember thats not been told before.

Great to have a beer or 12 with the Cov lads at Sultan Polo Fields on 15/06/02 (Reunion). Didn\'t realise Dinger the Woo was on Cov as I have worked in the same building for the last 5 years !!!!

A fitting tribute to a brave ships company. I spent my first draft on coventry 78 - 80 and my claim to fame is that I cut the commissioning cake with the then skippers Capt Chris Burns wife. A fine ship.

I was a young Seaman Radar in Coventry\'s first commission. I left her in December 1981 and actually served in the Falklands in HMS Cardiff. I remember many of those who lost their lives. I still have the Deployment Book from the Far East in 1980 and still have my original Locker Keys from 3Q mess that I keep with my medals. I hope you had a great reunion. She was a great ship.
